I must start off by saying you guys are the first group of contractors that actually showed up to start the job on the day you said you would...and 10 minutes early!  The entire process from start to finish couldn't have went smoother. We have had our pool for 2 summers now and we absolutely love it! When we first met John I had all these ideas in my head of wanting this gigantic pool with a high end slide, diving board and waterfalls (basically on the verge of giving my husband a heart attack). After sitting and talking to John and weighing all the pro's and con's of what I wanted and what was suitable for our family John built us the "perfect" pool and my husband is alive to testify...LOL! John never tried to sell us on something we did not need, he kept things real which was much appreciated. In the end we ended up with a Grecian shaped (salt water) 20' x 38' and 3 1/2' to 6' deep with a standard slide! Once the pool was in, TJ (god bless that man)taught us how to maintain this pool and explained it as many times as we needed him to. He also came out at the end of his work days to answer more questions in person which great!  Brandon, you are soo wonderful. Thank you for returning our phone calls within 5 minutes (literally) and trouble shooting such minor issues which seemed so large to us that first summer!  This summer has been wonderful, John and the guys only hear from us when it's time to open and close the pool. This is how maintenance free and easy it is.
